Gday, Gordon here from Perth Western Australia.
I've been shooting pics for about 25 years, I started out with an Olympus OM10, then moved onto a Canon A1, finally ended up in the Nikon camp, were I've progressed through an assortment of cameras, F, F2, FM, F4, till today were you will find me and my faithfull D200, still shooting away, though my favorite will always be the F4, (If I could have it modfied to a digital I would pay for it without hesitation.)
From the darkroom to the lightroom, I've progressed through all the stages most photographers of my age have experienced, still shoot slide once in a while, but like most people it's becoming more of a hassle than a pleasure, but no matter what you can do with digital, you'll never beat the experience of holding up your tranparencies to a light box!
At the minute I'm just starting to go through my slides and negatives to digitize the good stuff, big job but you get to enjoy the experinces all over again.
